We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery. You have 2 days to request a return after receiving your item.

Mandatory Requirement: A 360° parcel opening video is required to be eligible for returns. Failure to provide this video will result in your return request being denied.

– A return shipping label
– Instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
